Yield: Makes 5 onigiris
Ingredients:
- 50g drained tuna
- 50g cream cheese
- 1/4 red onion
- 1/2 lime
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp capers
- Spicy furikake
Preparation:
- Finely slice the red onion and add it to the previously chopped tuna. Then, add the remaining ingredients. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
Assembling the Onigiri:
- In a mold previously soaked in water, add a spoonful of rice, making sure to create a well.
- Add the tuna mixture into the center of the onigiri.
- Then, add another spoonful of rice, close the mold, exerting light pressure, and unmold.
- Decorate the top of the onigiri with a little tuna and a caper after wrapping it in nori seaweed.
- Enjoy immediately!
