Goat cheese with spinach and furikake đŸŒ±


  • Goat cheese
  • Spinach leaves
  • Shiso furikake
  • Sesame furikake
  • Olive oil
  • Soy sauce for cooking

Cooking the Spinach:

  • Boil the spinach in hot water, then immediately cool it in ice-cold water (this helps maintain a vibrant color).
  • Wrap a piece of goat cheese seasoned with shiso furikake in a spinach leaf.

Assembling the Onigiri:

  • Insert this delightful parcel into the center of the onigiri.


  • Grill the onigiri in a hot pan with a bit of olive oil.
  • Flip and apply soy sauce using a brush, then flip again to caramelize the onigiri.
  • Repeat the process several times until achieving a beautiful color.

Enjoy immediately to savor the crisp exterior and the soft interior!
