  • Fresh tuna
  • Sesame furikake
  • Lime
  • Raspberries
  • Radishes
  • Nori seaweed


  • Cut the fresh tuna into small cubes, add sesame seeds, lime juice, and zest.
  • Mix the rice with sesame furikake.
  • In a mold previously soaked in water, add a spoonful of mixed rice, ensuring to create a well.
  • Add the marinated tuna and half a raspberry.
  • Then, add another spoonful of rice, close the mold with slight pressure, and unmold.
  • Prepare radish slices using a mandoline or knife.
  • Wrap the onigiri in a piece of nori seaweed, then decorate with a radish slice and the other half of the raspberry.
Enjoy it straight away to savor the freshness of this delightful treat.
