Ingredients:
- Fresh tuna
- Sesame furikake
- Lime
- Raspberries
- Radishes
- Nori seaweed
Process:
- Cut the fresh tuna into small cubes, add sesame seeds, lime juice, and zest.
- Mix the rice with sesame furikake.
- In a mold previously soaked in water, add a spoonful of mixed rice, ensuring to create a well.
- Add the marinated tuna and half a raspberry.
- Then, add another spoonful of rice, close the mold with slight pressure, and unmold.
- Prepare radish slices using a mandoline or knife.
- Wrap the onigiri in a piece of nori seaweed, then decorate with a radish slice and the other half of the raspberry.
