  • CuillĂšre Ă  soupe de Kimchi
  • CuillĂšres Ă  cafĂ© de sauce gochujang
  • CuillĂšres Ă  soupe de sauce soja
  • Mozzarella

Preparing the Kimchi Mix:

  • SautĂ© the kimchi in a hot pan, then add gochujang sauce and 1 tbsp soy sauce.
  • Allow all the liquid to evaporate, then set aside. Once cooled, finely chop the mixture.

Assembling the Onigiri:

  • Add a small spoonful (for one onigiri) of the mixture onto the rice and mix gently.
  • Use the mixture to mold your onigiri, filling it with mozzarella.

Cooking the Onigiri:

  • Cook the onigiri in a hot pan with olive oil. Once golden, flip it and brush soy sauce using a brush.
  • Flip again to caramelize. Repeat on both sides.
  • Enjoy immediately!
