Ingredients:
- Cuillère à soupe de Kimchi
- Cuillères à café de sauce gochujang
- Cuillères à soupe de sauce soja
- Mozzarella
Preparing the Kimchi Mix:
- Sauté the kimchi in a hot pan, then add gochujang sauce and 1 tbsp soy sauce.
- Allow all the liquid to evaporate, then set aside. Once cooled, finely chop the mixture.
Assembling the Onigiri:
- Add a small spoonful (for one onigiri) of the mixture onto the rice and mix gently.
- Use the mixture to mold your onigiri, filling it with mozzarella.
Cooking the Onigiri:
- Cook the onigiri in a hot pan with olive oil. Once golden, flip it and brush soy sauce using a brush.
- Flip again to caramelize. Repeat on both sides.
- Enjoy immediately!
